Our Beta Program is designed to get working prototypes directly into the hands of practicing Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and caregivers to ensure our eye transfer device meets real-world clinical and daily needs.

Here is an overview of what participating in the program involves:

📦 What You Will Receive

If selected, we will ship a free Beta Testing Kit directly to your clinic, school, or home. Your kit will include:

• 1 Beta Prototype Eye Transfer Device (complete with handles and mounting points)

• Sample Quick-Swap Grids (alphabet, core words, blank templates)

• Clinician Quick-Start Guide

• A pre-paid return shipping label (only if required; otherwise, the kit is yours to keep)

📋 What We Ask of You (Your Role)

We know your time is precious, so we’ve structured this program to require minimal extra effort during your busy day. We ask all beta testers to commit to the following:

• Test in Real-World Settings: Use the prototype with at least 1 to 3 clients, students, or loved ones over a 5-to-6-week trial period.

• Complete 2 Brief Scorecards:

  • Mid-Point Check-In (5 minutes): A quick pulse check on initial setup, ease of use, and handling.

  • Final Usability Evaluation (10–15 minutes): A structured feedback form rating configurability, durability, sanitation, user comfort, and symbol usability.

• Optional 15-Minute Feedback Call: A quick 1-on-1 video chat with us to discuss your experience, DIY workarounds you love, or feature requests.

• Duration: 5 to 6 weeks

• Total Time Required: Approximately 30 to 45 minutes total (spread across filling out evaluation forms and optional video calls).
